I strive to provide you with the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, products may be damaged during transit. Therefore, we have implemented a return policy to ensure your satisfaction.

1. Damaged in Transit: If your 'Merry Me' eyeshadow palette arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 days of receiving the product. We will require photographic evidence of the damage to assess the situation accurately. Once verified, we will be happy to offer you two options:

a) Replacement: Due to product being limited addition, If a replacement is available, we will promptly send you a new 'Merry Me' eyeshadow palette at no additional cost. We will ensure that it is carefully packaged to prevent any further damage during transit.

b) Credit: If a replacement is not immediately available due to limited stock or other circumstances, we will provide you with a credit equal to the purchase price of the damaged palette. This credit can be used towards any future purchase from our store.
